What counts as an audio hour?: An hour of recording we process, measured by its length. Usage counts toward your allowance once processing finishes, and the allowance resets at the start of each billing period. A recording that fails to process doesn't use any of it.
What happens when I reach my limit?: New uploads pause, and your existing calls and analysis stay available. You can top up hours at your plan's rate — they add to the monthly allowance and don't expire — or move to a higher plan.
How does the trial work?: You get 10 hours of audio and every AI feature for 14 days. No card needed. When the trial ends, you pick a plan.
