Get sentiment distribution and trend

GET/v1/projects/{projectId}/dashboard/sentiment

Returns sentiment distribution (positive/neutral/negative/unknown) and daily trend. When 'from' and/or 'to' are omitted, no date filtering is applied — all data is returned.
