Get top categories distribution

GET/v1/projects/{projectId}/dashboard/categories

Returns top categories by call count (default 7) with an 'Other' bucket for the rest. When 'from' and/or 'to' are omitted, no date filtering is applied — all data is returned.

Get call volume over timeGET

Returns a time series of call counts. Granularity is auto-selected: daily for ranges up to 30 days, weekly for longer ranges. When 'from' and/or 'to' are omitted, no date filtering is applied — all data is returned.

Get AI-synthesized cross-call insightsGET

Returns cached, ranked insights synthesized across the period's calls. Regenerates lazily when new summarized calls appear. Requires at least 3 summarized calls in the period; returns an empty list below the threshold. When 'from' and 'to' are omitted, the current day is used.
